Pro Surface Solutions, near Rochester, New York, removed old flooring from a commercial office space and replaced it with a polished concrete floor system using: 1) NeverStrip Densi-Prime, 2) Stone, Terrazzo and Concrete Seal and 3) NeverStrip Shine – 11,000 Grit – diamond encrusted pad.

The NeverStrip Micron System for Polished Concrete significantly reduces the number of diamond steps with the planetary grinder. So, instead of 30, 50, 80 metal and 100, 200, 400, 800 and 1600 resin diamonds, Pro Solutions stopped at 150 Hybrid; applied Densi-Prime twice; burnished the floor with propane burnisher; then applied Stone, Terrazzo and Concrete Seal twice and burnished the sealer after each coat.
